Saturday to Saturday change over July and August. Flexible the rest of the year where possible.  Arrival after 4 pm departure 10 am and no later unless agreed due to cleaning.

Deposit 25% of total fee. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.  A car is recommended and can be organised on request. 

There is also a returnable keys and damage deposit of £200.00

Long lets available from October - April 500 Euros plus the bills

Just arrived back from a wonderful holiday with our daughter, son-in- law and 18 month old toddler. The supermarket, shops and restaurants are a short work away, but we are pleased we hired a car so we could visit Javea, Calpe and Benidorm.  Overall the villa went way beyond our expectations and  would
recommend it to anyone - you won't be disappointed.  Enjoy.
