Large Luxury Private Villa with Swimming Pool Sleeps 7/8

Casa Sofia is a large privately owned villa in the area of El Alcazar Moraira. Not be confused with Alcazar near Rusty's. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. It is ideal for family holidays as the accomodation is bright and spacious. Approx 3 km from the beach, town centre and main shopping area. Set on a large corner plot with views across to the sea mountains and vineyards. South/South West facing. The villa comprises of three bedrooms, one bathroom. one shower room, large living area with sitting dining room. Good sized, fully equipped kitchen. Private pool in its own grounds. Sunbathing terrace, a garage and car parking.  (see reference below)

In detail

The villa has an entrance porch leading to the hallway. It has a large sitting/dining room with wood burning fire, Satellite TV, DVD etc. Door to the barbecue and eating terrace with stunning views of the valley vineyards and across to the sea. Separate kitchen with all mod cons, i.e. cooker, microwave, kettle toaster etc. also a door to the terrace. There is a washing machine and tumble drier provided. Three good size bedrooms, all tastefully furnished. The master bedroom is on same level as the living area. Downstairs to the second bedroom having either a super king bed or two twins beds, which ever is prefered so ideal for another couple. Third bedroom sleeps three in single beds. It is possible to sleep another person on a sofa bed or a baby in a cot. The shower room is on the ground floor and the bathroom is for use by the two other bedrooms. Both having a loo and washbasin.

Outside. Downstairs  a few stairs to the swimming pool terrace and garden. Shower. Sunloungers etc. Single garage plus parking for two cars off road and also adjacent to the villa.

Saturday to Saturday change over July and August. Flexible the rest of the year where possible.  Arrival after 4 pm (16.00) departure 10 am and no later unless agreed due to cleaning.

Deposit 25% of total fee. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.  A car is recommended and can be organised on request. 

There is also a returnable keys and damage depsoit of £200.

Supplement of £35 per week for the 8th person. 

All heating and cleaning charges are included.  Any extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged but is an extra charge.

Long Lets available during the winter months. 1100 euros per calendar month plus the bills.

we had a super holiday.
villa sophia was beautiful the view was breath taking. The children enjoyed the pool in fact they only got out
to have food. our holiday was relaxing and we had some wonderful meals in moraira in fact we were spoilt for choice.
best thing: about casa sofia was getting out of bed in the mornings and looking at that beautiful view
